If you are not 100% satisfied with our service please notify us within 5 business days of receipt of your order. We guarantee to remedy any errors we may have made by correcting the error, or reprinting the order, or issuing a partial or whole refund.

  • Errors resulting in the inability to use the product for it's intended purpose.
  • Errors that clearly result in a reduction of effectiveness of the product.

This guarantee does not include:
  • Errors made by the client or their representatives.
  • Errors due to improper formatting of provided files.
  • Poor Quality Product due to low resolution images provided by the client.
  • Errors that were approved on the proof.
  • Errors or Delays after the Postal Service has accepted the mailing.
